Haim Nissenson, president of Israeli avionics test equipment manufacturer Rada, has resigned to help clear the path for Boeing Enterprises to go ahead with its stalled acquisition of a 42%stake. Talks were announced in March, but ran into trouble last month, with due diligence delayed until mid July. Insiders believe that the resignation will not be enough to kick-start the talks, however. Incoming president Herzle Bodinger concedes that Rada needs new contracts and to demonstrate "soon" that the diagnostic centres it is building internationally based on its equipment have "good business potential".
