Natalie Crawford has become a vice-president of Santa Monica, California-based "think-tank" Rand and director of Project Air Force (PAF), one of its principal research divisions. Crawford, a Rand analyst since 1964, succeeds Brent Bradley as director of PAF. Bradley will work with Rand president and chief executive James Thomson on high-level corporate projects. Richard Neu, a senior Rand economist, becomes PAF's associate director
