Dick Klass has been appointed to the newly created position of vice-president for Government marketing at Raytheon Aircraft, of Wichita, Kansas. Klass, a US Air Force veteran, was most recently vice-president at the International Planning and Analysis Center, of Washington DC, and, before that, he was corporate director for the Far East, Latin America and strategic planning at the former General Dynamics, which was taken over by Lockheed Martin in 1993.
