RE220 order
AlliedSignal Aerospace's RE220(RJ) auxiliary power unit (APU) has been selected by Bombardier for the Canadair Regional Jet Series 700 in a deal valued potentially at more than $250 million over the projected life of the programme. The company beat competition from Auxiliary Power International, offering its APS2000.
