The Indonesian Government has established a financing company, headed by the country's President Suharto, to raise the estimated $2 billion needed to fund Industri Pesawat Terbang Nusantara's (IPTN) development of the N-2130 twinjet. PT Dua Satu Tiga Puloh hopes to secure funds from private investors, rather than the state, as with previous programmes.
