Mooney Airplane's Kerrville, Texas, factory has received US repair-station certification as the light aircraft manufacturer moves to reinstate and expand its service centre network after being purchased out of bankruptcy in January. Former independent US centres are being reactivated and new applications are being accepted from service providers worldwide, Mooney says.
