Republic Airways Holdings has postponed its initial public offering (IPO). Republic, which will be the new name for Chautauqua Airlines, had planned to sell five million shares. Estimates for the deal were recently lowered to a range of $8 to $10 a share, down from $12 to $14 a share. The regional has about 340 daily flights to 39 cities under a codeshare with American Airlines.
