The Royal Jordanian Air Force is using the Royal International Air Tattoo to highlight one of the nation’s most famous monuments, with a Lockheed Martin C-130H transport on static display featuring tail artwork depicting the archaeological site at Petra.
One of four C-130H tactical transports in Jordanian service, aircraft 346 was delivered in 1982, according to Flight’s MiliCAS database.

Jordan’s air force has a long association with supporting the RIAT event, taking place this year at Royal Air Force base Fairford in Gloucestershire from 18-19 July.
