David Anthony will become director and general manager of Rolls Smiths Engine Controls (RoSEC) in January, replacing JV Hill, who becomes director of business improvement for the Industrial Power Group. Anthony returns from a four-year attachment to BMW Rolls-Royce Aero Engines where he led engine-control-systems design and development for the BR700 series.
