Indian inauguration - Air Madagascar has begun a weekly Boeing 767 service between Antananarivo and Singapore. Emirates share Emirates has increased its codeshare flights between Dubai and Melbourne to daily frequency. Emirates has also signed a codeshare deal with British Airways for flights between the UK and the UAE. Eva cargo charge Taiwan's Eva Air added Dallas/Fort Worth to its dedicated cargo network on 23 November, following the delivery of two new Boeing MD-11 freighters. Bali opening - All Nippon Airways is to open an Osaka-Bali route on 23 December, flying twice weekly. Brunei blues - Royal Brunei Airlines has suspended services from Bandar Seri Begawan to Osaka and Beijing. East African first - Ethiopian Airlines has started a twice-weekly service between Addis Ababa and New York Newark. It is claimed to be the first ever scheduled flight between East Africa and the USA.
