Air Jamaica has launched twice weekly services to Panama City and Phoenix. A direct service to Port of Spain, Trinidad, and Tobago from Kingston has also commenced. All American Eagle's flights at Miami are now operated with 46-seat ATR 42s and 66-seat ATR 72s, after 34-seat Saab 340s were relocated under a plan to simplify operations. San Juan is an all-ATR hub, while American Eagle operates Saab 340s exclusively at Los Angeles. Chicago O'Hare will become an all-jet hub in November, operating Embraer ERJs. Meanwhile American Eagle will begin non-stop services between Boston and Montreal, Canada, on 11 September using Saab 340s. Transaero has resumed flights from Moscow to Baku using Boeing 737s, initially four times a week. This follows the signing of a memorandum of cooperation and strategic partnership between Transaero and local carrier Azerbaijan Airlines. The agreement calls for codesharing status for Moscow-Baku flights to be introduced in future. Mexicana began a twice-weekly Boeing 727-200 service between Guadalajara and Las Vegas on 2 July. Northwest Airlines and its Airlink partner, Mesaba, have begun daily non-stop service between Memphis and Charlotte, using 69-seat Avro RJs. Emirates will launch daily non-stop flights from Dubai to Birmingham, UK, in December, using Airbus A330-200s. Four times-weekly services will begin to Chennai, India, from Dubai in September, which will be operated under a codeshare with Air India. A310s will be deployed on the route. Delta Air Lines is expanding its Delta Express low-fare operation, adding flights between the US North East and Florida. Delta Express will launch two daily flights between Boston and West Palm Beach on 6 November, adding a third daily flight on 6 December. On 4 February, the airline will begin two daily flights between New York Newark and West Palm Beach.
