China Southern Airlines has started Chicago-Shanghai cargo services with the addition of a stop at Shanghai's new Pudong international airport on its three-weekly Boeing 747-400F Chicago-Shenzhen flights. Delta Air Lines has begun codesharing on SkyTeam alliance partner Air France's six weekly Paris-Douala, Cameroon, flights. SkyTeam member AeroMexico is codesharing on Air France domestic flights. Aerolineas Argentinas has introduced three weekly Airbus A340-200 flights between Buenos Aires and Los Angeles, adding to its existing Miami and New York services. American Airlines will discontinue New York Kennedy-Frankfurt services on 1 November.
