++ Qantas Airways began code-sharing on Alaska Airlines flights between Los Angeles and Vancouver on 29 October. ++ The Canadian ministry of transport has cleared Canada 3000 to operate scheduled services to India. ++ Deutsche BA is serving London Heathrow Airport for the first time with the launch of a daily service to the UK capital from Cologne/Bonn using a Boeing 737-300. ++ JetBlue Airways has launched daily services to Palm Beach International Airport from JFK Airport, and will add a second daily flight on 18 November. ++ Air Jamaica has ceased flights between Kingston and Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, after just four months, citing overcapacity with competing BWIA. Regional arm Air Jamaica Express, meanwhile, is introducing services to the Turks & Caicos Islands from Montego Bay in November. ++ SAirGroup's French subsidiary AOM has replaced Swissair on services between Paris and Geneva, using the Fokker 100s of sister airline Air Liberté. The flights will operate from Paris Orly.
