Alitalia has relaunched services between Milan and Oslo through a codeshare with Braathens which is operating the flights. Hawaii's Aloha Airlines has inaugurated the first direct service between Honolulu and Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands, using a Boeing 737-700. American Eagle will begin three weekly ATR 72 flights from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Bonaire in the Dutch Caribbean on 2 June. Jet Airways has expanded its Indian domestic connections with the launch of daily Delhi-Mumbai-Coimbatore and Calcutta-Bhubaneshwar services. The Bhubaneshwar service will continue three times weekly to Bangalore and twice weekly to Chennai. US regional Horizon Air is increasing services as it replaces Fokker F28 jets with Bombardier Q400 turboprops. By the end of August, most flights between Seattle and cities in Montana will use Q400s. Flights to Billings, Montana, will continue to use F28s until replaced by Bombardier CRJ700 regional jets. Delta Connection carrier Atlantic Southeast Airlines has inaugurated daily regional jet service between Atlanta and Ottawa, using a Bombardier CRJ. The US Department of Transportation (DoT) is accepting bids for new long-range flights to Washington National Airport made available by the pending merger of American Airlines and Trans World Airlines. Channel Island, UK-based Aurigny Air Services has taken over the East Midlands-Guernsey route from British Midland under a codeshare agreement. Aurigny is operating daily services using a Saab 340A turboprop. Canada's KnightHawk will cease operating a Dassault Falcon 20 freighter between Ottawa and Montreal on behalf of FedEx on 26 May, and will redeploy the aircraft on to its Montreal-Wilmington, Ohio, route for another customer. FedEx has renewed KnightHawk's contract to carry freight between St John's, Newfoundland, and Moncton, New Brunswick.
