Emirates has begun thrice- weekly services from Dubai to Sudan's capital Khartoum using an Airbus A330-200. BWIA West Indies Airways subsidiary BWee Express will begin daily services between Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, and Paramaribo, Surinam, on 17 April, using the Bombardier Dash 8-300. Thai Airways International has inaugurated twice-weekly flights between Bangkok and Busan, in South Korea, using Airbus A300-600s. Canadian low-cost carrier WestJet will begin services to Toronto, with 13 weekly flights from Calgary and 13 from Edmonton on 23 May as it continues its expansion into eastern Canada. Central European low-cost carrier SkyEurope Airlines has launched services between Bratislava, Slovakia, and Prague. American Airlines will increase service to the Dominican Republic on 15 June, adding daily flights to Santiago from New York Kennedy and Miami, and four weekly flights between New York and Punta Cana, using Airbus A300s and Boeing 757s. On the same day, American will begin daily services between Miami and Medellin, Colombia, using a 757. SkyTeam alliance member AeroMexico will codeshare on Delta Connection carrier Atlantic Southeast Airlines' flights from Dallas/Fort Worth to 14 US destinations beginning on 17 April. Cargolux Airlines has introduced cargo flights between Budapest and Luxembourg. The Boeing 747-400 freighter flights will operate thrice weekly, arriving in Budapest on Sunday evening from Hong Kong and Singapore, on Tuesday morning from Hong Kong and Bangkok, and on Friday morning from Singapore and Madras. US low- cost carrier AirTran Airways is launching services to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, home of financially struggling Midwest Express Airlines. On 19 June, the carrier will serve Milwaukee daily from Orlando and twice daily from Atlanta, adding daily flights from Tampa on 5 October and Fort Lauderdale on5 November, all using Boeing 717s.
