RSAF receives first F-15S

MCDONNELL DOUGLAS OFFICIALLY HANDED OVER the first of its F-15S strike aircraft to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) on 12 September. Saudi Arabia has some 72 aircraft on order, to be delivered at the rate of one a month. The aircraft is shown with the Martin Marietta LANTIRN navigation pod and Sharpshooter targeting pod mounted beneath the fuselage..
