William Jones has been appointed director of business development for the countermeasures division of Sanders, a Lockheed Martin company, of Nashua, New Hampshire. Jones, with Sanders since 1988, was most recently director of radar and sensor programmes for the company's defence-systems division. Howard Rhude becomes vice-president of finance, succeeding Sal Magnano who retires after 32 years with the company. Rhude was most recently finance director of Lockheed Martin Communication Systems, of Camden, New Jersey.
