Air France is fitting out its growing Airbus/Boeing fleet with Canadian Marconi's CMA-2102 satcom antenna.

The top-mounted antenna will become standard equipment for Airbus A340s and Boeing 777s and used in the retrofit of six B747s in the Air France fleet. The carrier's plans call for 26 systems to meet current requirements.

CMA-2102 has gained 50% of the air transport sector since its introduction in 1993.
