Up to four Ku-band BolivarSat communications satellites built by Alcatel Space will be launched into positions at 61º and 67º in geostationary orbit starting in 2003 for the Andesat consortium comprising organisations in Bolivia, Columbia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela.
