The Boeing-led international Sea Launch venture, which operates the Ukrainian-Russian Zenit 3SL booster, plans to launch up to six satellites in 2002, including two PanAmSat Galaxy spacecraft, IIIC and VIII/Horizons 1- a joint venture with Japan's JSAT - and a Hughes Spaceway satellite.
