Hindustan Aeronautics is to establish a repair and overhaul facility for the Indian navy's fleet of around 35 Westland Sea King utility helicopters under a deal worth $15 million. The company also expects to conduct an upgrade to extend operations of the Sea Kings by at least a decade.
