Israel Aircraft Industries flew the second Gulfstream G150 for the first time on 2 September, when the mid-size business jet reached 45,000ft (13,700m) and Mach 0.865 on its 5h 30min maiden flight from Tel Aviv. The aircraft will be used for function and reliability testing, leading to certification in the first quarter of next year.
