In a further step in the move towards electronic ticketing, Shuttle by United has introduced self-service boarding machines at San Francisco International and Los Angeles International airports. The machines were developed with AT&T Global Information Solutions. Travelers with electronic tickets, use touch- screens to select their seats and the machine prints out a paper boarding pass.
