Serco

UK airport and air-traffic-control management company Serco IAL, of Southall, Middlesex, has appointed Edward Montgomery deputy managing director. Montgomery, president and chief executive of Serco Aviation Services, the company's Canadian arm, will be temporarily based in the UK. Steven Kavanagh becomes general manager of recently established Serco Aviation Services in Australia. He was formerly with the Australian Civil Aviation Authority. Mark Metcalf joins the Australian operation as business-development manager, having worked with the European Space Agency and the European Organisation for Nuclear Research.
