China's Shandong Airlines has launched its first international services to Singapore's Changi airport. The carrier is now operating twice-weekly flights between its base at Jinan, the capital of the eastern province of Shandong, and Singapore, via the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen near Hong Kong.
