Wolfgang Gohde has been appointed chief executive of Shannon Aerospace of Ireland. He replaces Dr Herbert Groeger, who has completed his five-year secondment to Shannon and returns to German national carrier Lufthansa. Gohde, who is also seconded from Lufthansa, was formerly senior advisor to the Lufthansa Technik chairman.
