INVESTIGATION The Russian air accident investigators of the 4 October Sibir Airlines Tupolev Tu-154 crash in the Black Sea have delivered their initial conclusion that the aircraft was hit by a Ukrainian S-200 surface-to-air missile which missed a target drone in a firing exercise and homed on the airliner.
