Dick Wigton has been appointed to the new position of manager of Challenger training programmes at Simuflite Training International, based at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, Texas. He was most recently director of operations for Rainin Instrument, of Emeryville, California, and, before that, he was manager of aviation for The Cloux Company, of Oakland, California.
