Rockwell Collins has concluded agreements to provide avionics for the aircraft of Philippine carrier Cebu Pacific and China's Hainan Airlines.
Its Shanghai-based joint venture has also separately signed a maintenance deal with Air China.
Rockwell Collins will provide communication, navigation and surveillance systems for Cebu Pacific's 15 new Airbus A320 aircraft and its five options, it says.
The two companies will sign the agreement on Wednesday at the Singapore Airshow, says Rockwell Collins, adding that the deal marks its debut on Cebu Pacific's fleet.
In a separate agreement, Rockwell Collins will provide its MultiScan Hazard Detection system and sensors for 13 of Hainan's Airbus A330 aircraft.
"MultiScan's ability to automatically detect and analyse weather hazards during all phases of flight will allow Hainan pilots to fly the most efficient routes to get passengers to their destinations on time," says Thud Chee Chan, Rockwell Collins' vice-president and managing director Asia Pacific.
In addition, the company's joint venture, Collins Aviation Maintenance Services Shanghai, has signed a ten-year maintenance deal with Air China to provide service and support for Rockwell Collins equipment on the carrier's fleet.
"This contract award is a result of our long-standing relationship with Air China and the quality service we have provided them over the years," says Ken Estelle, Rockwell Collins' vice president and general manager, technical service solutions.
A corresponding avionics shop co-operation agreement was also signed with maintenance provider Ameco to jointly support Air China's installed base of Rockwell Collins avionics equipment.
Both agreements involving Air China commenced on 1 January, says Rockwell Collins.
