Singapore Airshow organiser Experia events has outlined a series of industries that will take place prior and during the show, which will run from 16 to 21 February.
The Singapore Airshow Aviation Leadership Summit will again be the primary event, running from 14 to 15 February.
In a press briefing, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore director general Kevin Shum said the Leadership Summit will explore three key areas: the future of hubs, unmanned aircraft regulation, and the issues around a global agreement on aviation emissions at the 2016 ICAO assembly.
Separately, the A*Star Aerospace Technology Leadership Forum will be run on 15 February. This event will look at advanced aerospace technologies and how these will impact the industry in the future.
During the show itself, there will be forums held at the show site looking at area such as emerging technologies, training, and the aviation business in Asia.
