Sky Aviation and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft have signed a delivery and acceptance agreement for Indonesia's first Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft.
The document, signed on completion of a technical acceptance procedure, states that the aircraft is technically sound and fully meets the performance criteria.

The aircraft, serial number 95022, will be delivered to Indonesian carrier Sky Aviation at its base at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport in January 2013. It will be put into commercial operation the same month.
The carrier will take delivery of 12 of the type from 2013 through to 2015.
