Japan's Skymark Airlines is halting unprofitable Osaka-Sapporo and Osaka-Fukuoka services in June but will become a public company through a listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The listing on the so-called 'high-growth and emerging stocks' section of the exchange was due on 31 May. The carrier launched low-cost services in September 1998.
