The US Navy has conducted its first multiple launch of McDonnell Douglas Stand-Off Land Attack Missiles (SLAMs). Four missiles were launched from McDonnell Douglas F-18Cs at a target on San Nicolas Island, California, controlled via datalink from another F-18C to score direct hits.
