Snowflake, the new SAS low-cost airline, is expanding its network to Belgrade, Beirut and Lyon from Stockholm Arlanda from October. The carrier began services from Stockholm and Copenhagen in March. It is also considering opening another base in Norway, most likely at Oslo's Gardermoen Airport.
