Sabena charter subsidiary Sobelair is taking a 40% share in the privately owned charter airline TEA of Switzerland. Sobelair carried over 1 million passengers in 1995, mainly to traditional Mediterranean resorts, but wants to expand its intercontinental operations, for which a second Boeing 767 will be acquired.
