Jet Aviation Basle, Switzerland, is completing an 18-seat VIP interior in a South African air force Boeing Business Jet to be delivered in the third quarter. The Swiss centre has also broken ground on its new 6,500m2 (70,000ft2) charter facility.

Turkish business jet charter company Air Sapphire has been heavily fined by the US government for flying a Gulfstream GIV to Russia without authorisation.
The Federal Aviation Administration has ordered inspections of the Gulfstream G500 and G600 fleet in response to a “quality escape” involving improperly installed engine-mounting hardware.
