South Korea and the Philippines have signed a new air services agreement.
The deal sees carriers from the two countries permitted to operate an unlimited number of flights out of all Philippine airports except for Manila, says South Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport.
At the same time, capacity on flights to Manila has been capped at 20,000 seats per week.
FlightGlobal schedules data shows that Philippine cities of Cebu, Clark, Kalibo, Manila, and Tagbilaran are connected to Busan, Daegu, Jeju, and Seoul.
In terms of seat capacity, Philippine Airlines is the largest operator, followed by Asiana Airlines and Korean Air.
