Robert Peart has been elected senior vice-president of finance and corporate planning at Southern Air Transport, of Columbus, Ohio. He was previously the company's vice-president of finance and treasurer. Thomas Gilles is named vice-president of operations. He was formerly systems operations co-ordinator with Air Florida.
