British Aerospace Defence is understood to be talking to potential US buyers for the satellite liquid-engine business of its Royal Ordnance subsidiary. RO supplies about half of the world's spacecraft liquid-apogeé engines and thrusters, and has attracted interest from Allied Signal, Marquardt and Primex.
