Islamic financier Mukesh Sodani is to join Flydubai as chief financial officer. Kansas MRO operator Butler National has promoted Craig Stewart to president, aerospace. At Hong Kong Aviation Capital, Donal Boylan has replaced Mathis Shinnick as chief executive. Former Lockheed Martin enterprise IT executive Ron Stefano has joined Raytheon as VP mission operations solutions in the Intelligence and Information Systems business. At missile and space propulsion specialist Aerojet, Michael Bender, formerly with SpaceX, ATK and Orbital Sciences, is now executive director of advanced programmes. Chartered accountant Ruth Holcroft has taken on the new role of commercial manager at Cambridge airport in the UK. Frank Naeve is now chief executive of China's Jade Cargo International. Previously, Naeve served as Lufthansa Cargo VP for margin management in Frankfurt. Thomson Airways has appointed British Midland and British Airways veteran Jason Mahoney as director of engineering. International Lease Finance has promoted Fred Cromer to president and Philip Scruggs to executive VP.
