SR Technics has sold off its 50% share in Shannon Aerospace in order to focus on its Swiss operations. Lufthansa Technik, which owns the other half, paid an undisclosed amount for the shares. SR Technics valued its holding in Shannon Aerospace, a narrowbody maintenance specialist at SFr28 million ($19 million) last year. The move represents another step in SR Technics' plan become a truly independent maintenance, repair and overhaul specialist.
