Singapore Technologies (ST) Engineering has consolidated its US operations, renaming Singapore Aerospace USA as Vision Technologies Systems, bringing in non-aerospace activities and changing its ownership structure. VTS integrates core business areas (aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine). Singapore Aerospace USA had been 100%-owned by ST Engineering subsidiary Singapore Technologies Aerospace (STAero), but VTS will be controlled by the parent.
