America West co-founder Ed Beauvais says he will launch a low-cost carrier to serve US Airways fortress Pittsburgh, although he has revealed no financing details. Beauvais, who also ran now-defunct Western Pacific and Mountain Air Express, wants to start services by June 2004 with a fleet of eight Boeing 737-700s configured with 12 business class and 114 economy class seats.
