Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems and Aerostructures (ISA) division is to remain in Dallas, with the defence giant dropping plans to move it to Washington DC. Los Angeles-based Northrop Grumman had planned to transfer ISA's 200-strong headquarters workforce after the sale of its aerostructures business to Carlyle Group, but says the change would mean unnecessary costs , and that Dallas is conveniently located between ISA's East and West Coast operations.
