Iberia will make a return to Cairo in 2020 after a six-year hiatus.

The Spanish carrier says it will operate four flights a week to the Egyptian capital from 2 March, using an Airbus A319.

Cirium schedules data shows that EgyptAir already offers the route.

IAG-owned Oneworld member Iberia previously served Cairo until suspending the service in 2014.
