Low-cost carrier Nok Air has named Wutthiphum Jurangkool its chief executive.
He succeeds Piya Yodmani, who vacated the role in August 2018. In the interim, Pravej Ongartsittigul was appointed acting chief executive.
Meanwhile, Ongartsittigul was named chairman of the company's executive committee.
Both appointments take effect immediately.
Jurangkool is a procurement director at Summit Laemchabang Auto Body Work, and joined Nok Air as board director in April. His mother, Hatairatn Jurangkool, owns a 9.2% stake in the airline.
