Lufthansa has revealed the first Airbus A380 to carry the German airline’s recently-revamped aircraft livery.
The aircraft (D-AIMD) is stationed at the carrier’s Munich hub. Lufthansa has 14 A380s in its fleet, five at its Munich base.
One of the first 30 aircraft to feature the new livery, including a 6m diameter logo on its fin, the A380 was repainted in Guangzhou, China, and arrived in Germany on 12 December.
It has since departed on a service to Miami.
Lufthansa aims to complete the repainting of its fleet in 2025.
