Singapore Technologies Engineering and the UK's Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding at Asian Aerospace to co-operate on scientific and strategic programmes. A joint steering committee has been set up to define the scope of work to be undertaken.
