The Russian government has drafted a presidential order to privatise the Komsomolsk-on-Amur aircraft production association (KnAAPO), says Khabarovsk Governor, Viktor Ishaev. The plan covers sale of 74% of KnAAPO's shares to private shareholders, but restricts foreign shareholding to 25%. The plant is almost certain to be add to the new Sukhoi company, which includes the Sukhoi Design Bureau.
