PZL Swidnik has received Polish certification for the SW-4 five-seat light helicopter. The first machines will be delivered to the Polish air force, which plans to acquire 47 SW-4s by 2010, and deployed by its Debin aviation academy. Swidnik says it has received interest from military/para military operators, but expects the civilian orders to account for a significant share of SW-4 production.
